Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and members with a friendly, warm, and welcoming demeanor
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Assisting customers with booking reservations
- Selling programs and classes
- Doing belay/safety checks
- Helping customers properly fit harnesses and climbing shoes
- Keeping the gym clean and working properly
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have customer service experience
- Friendly, warm, and patient personality able to work as part of a team and help customers who have no understanding or experience with climbing
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass background check
- Legally able to work in the United States
- Access to a vehicle
- Knowledge of climbing and how to properly belay, greatly preferred
